Of course these two wouldn't be done at the same time. I plan on doing these a month at a time. My goal is a full year of 30 day workouts personally. On the last one, I plan to spread them out over three separate months. So I'm going to do my normal workout and add the challenge one in. And remember, WATER AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
