Simple Exercises to Reduce Cheeks Fat

1. Fish Face:

How to Do:


  • Pout your lips. Suck your cheeks and form a fish face.
  • Try to smile while being in this posture and hold till 5 seconds.
  • Relax when you feel the pressure on your cheeks and jaws.
  • Repeat 15 to 20 times.

2. Cheek Lifts:

How to Do:


  • Take a comfortable sitting posture and smile as wide as you can.
  • While smiling, raise your cheeks upwards and push against your eyes. Feel the tension in your cheek muscles.
  • If possible, shut your eyes and do this exercise more conveniently.
  • Remain in this posture for 15 seconds and then come back to the relaxing mode.
  • Repeat the exercise 15 times at a stretch.

3. The Blow:

How to Do:


  • Begin by sitting straight on a chair. Bend your head back so as to face the ceiling.
  • Pull your lips together and blow out air from your mouth.
  • Keep blowing out air for 5 seconds and ten relax.
  • Repeat 15 to 20 times.

4. Puffy Cheeks Exercise:

How to Do:


  • First, close your mouth and blow air to puff up your cheeks.Hold for 10 seconds.
  • Try to move the air to your right cheek and hold the air for 10 seconds.
  • Finally, switch to your left cheek and hold the air for 10 seconds and then exhale.
  • Repeat this for 10 times.

5. Chew Gum:

If you want to know how to reduce chubby cheeks with chewing gum, it’s easy: just chew the gum. Chewing lots of gum over a period of time can help strengthen the muscles in your jaw, making them more pronounced.


6. Jaw Release:

How to Do:


  • Begin with sitting or standing in a straight posture and moving your jaw just like you are chewing while keeping your lips closed.
  • Breathe in deeply and breathe out while humming.
  • Next, open your mouth wide with your tongue pressed within your bottom teeth.
  • Hold this posture for 5 seconds, now breath in and out again.
  • This makes one repetition. Perform this entire exercise 10 to 15 times.

7. Smile-A-Lot Exercise:

How to Do:


  • To do this exercise, start with a closed mouth and stretch it into a wide smile.
  • Now slowly bring up your cheek muscles towards your under eye area.
  • Then gradually open your mouth to form an O shape.
  • Repeat this about 5-8 times a day.

8. Blow Balloon:

How to Do:


  • Sit straight in comfortable position and tilt your head back and face the ceiling.
  • Now contract your lips and blow out air push air in to balloon.
  • Continue the same for 10 seconds and then relax.
  • Repeat for 15-20 times.
